Many investment organizations are solely focused on public investing, while many others are entirely driven by private equity investing. 3K has focused its resources on the intersection of these two strategies. That is, we have the capability to exist as large minority investors in relatively small capitalization public companies and we have also demonstrated the ability to be an effective minority and/or control investor in privately held businesses. The principals have over twenty years of experience in sourcing, structuring and partnering with managements in this niche. 3K's capital is permanent and flexible. The capital that we dedicate to any new investment can be structured creatively in order to support a business plan through extended growth and/or transition.
